The per-second rate reflects your video's complexity — determined together on a discovery call. Format adaptations are billed at a flat $10/s per version. A 20% discount on the per-second rate applies automatically when ordering 3+ videos. Rush delivery fees apply to the full project scope. All rates are confirmed in writing before production begins. All delivery timelines are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) and begin from the project kickoff date.
